Send Your Selected Piece/sSend a screenshot of the item or items you wish to purchase so we can confirm availability.3. Complete the Order FormOnce availability is confirmed, fill out the Order Form with your order and delivery details.4. Make Your PaymentWe currently accept payments via GCash and BPI bank transfer only. Please send your proof of payment once completed.5. ShippingOrders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–2 days after payment confirmation. We kindly ask that you avoid rush-shipping requests.For provincial and standard deliveries, we ship via J&T Express, with the shipping fee shouldered by the buyer. Lalamove may also be arranged for deliveries within Metro Manila.

Availability, Reservations & Cancellations

Can I reserve an item?We do not accept unpaid reservations. All pieces are offered on a first-payment basis and are considered secured only after full payment has been received and confirmed.Sending an inquiry, screenshot, or completed order form does not reserve an item. If more than one customer is interested in the same piece, priority will be given to the first customer whose payment is received and confirmed.Will sold pieces become available again?Most of our vintage and pre-loved pieces are individually sourced and may be one-of-a-kind. Once sold, we cannot guarantee that the exact same piece will become available again.Our archived pieces remain available for reference, and you are welcome to message us if you are looking for something similar.Can I cancel my order after payment?Please purchase thoughtfully. Once payment has been made and confirmed, orders are considered final and generally cannot be cancelled.Do you accept returns or exchanges?Due to the vintage and pre-loved nature of our pieces, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We make every reasonable effort to disclose the item’s condition and visible imperfections. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all photographs, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes and request additional information when needed before completing a purchase.

Packaging, Shipping & Delivery

How will my order be packaged?Each order is carefully prepared and securely packaged for delivery. When purchasing multiple pieces, items may be shipped together where appropriate while still being individually protected to help prevent scratching, tangling, or damage in transit.Where do you ship?We ship to applicable destinations throughout the Philippines via J&T Express, with shipping fees shouldered by the buyer.For customers within Metro Manila, Lalamove may also be arranged, subject to service availability and location. Delivery fees are shouldered by the buyer unless otherwise stated. Please allow approximately 1–2 days after payment confirmation for us to prepare and dispatch your order. We kindly ask that you avoid rush-shipping requests.What happens if my parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit?Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery schedules may be affected by factors outside PLU’s control. We will provide available tracking or delivery information and assist where reasonably possible if an issue arises.Please contact us promptly if your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, lost, or damaged so we can help coordinate with the courier. Courier investigations and resolutions remain subject to the courier’s applicable policies and procedures.

Most pieces offered by PLU are vintage or pre-loved and may have been worn, collected, or stored over many years. As part of their history, some pieces may show natural signs of age, wear, patina, or other imperfections.We do our best to photograph and describe each piece as accurately as possible, including any noticeable signs of wear or condition. We encourage you to review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and details carefully before purchasing, keeping in mind that vintage pieces are not expected to be in brand-new condition.PLU is not a professional authentication or appraisal service, and we do not claim to authenticate any piece unless expressly stated.
